We are excited to announce our additional feature – an online support chat, which is located in the lower right corner on the Maxpay’s main page. It’s also available at Pricing, Payments, Contact, Incorporation, and Support pages.
Using the chat, you can ask questions or share your concerns relevant to our work and services. All you need to do is enter your name, e-mail address, and message and send it to the chat — and Maxpay’s support consultant will write you back within a few minutes during the working hours on business days.
If your request is a bit extensive and complex, no worries — you can still use the chat. And if the consultant needs more time and data to help you, they will send you an e-mail with a more detailed response.
The response to your e-mail of choice is also a possibility if you use the chat during the weekend — we still got your request and our support team will send you a letter ASAP.
