Maxpay Updates Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy in Compliance With GDPR
This month Maxpay has updated its Privacy Policy to make it easier to understand what information we collect and why we collect it.
We have also taken steps to improve our privacy checks and other controls that we provide to protect personal data and maintain privacy.
Our goal is to ensure that Maxpay remains in compliance with European data protection laws, and helps our users to do so as well. Compliance with GDPR consists of many elements. Among other things, we updated our documentation and agreements in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR. We have also revised our policies and procedures to ensure that they comply with the GDPR standards.
Your current settings and information processing principles will remain unchanged. The updated document details our principles and opportunities for users: data management, its modification, export, and removal. These changes are related to the fact that in the European Union the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is in effect. We have made the necessary changes to the Privacy Policy and hope that they will help our partners and users.
The updated version of our Privacy Policy will take effect on May 25, 2018. Read the new version of the Privacy Policy.
